We sat down and discussed what type of community we would like to live in for the rest of our lives. We started with beautiful land full of incredible views, terrain changes, trees, and lakes. We then said it needed to be secluded and not too crowded. We then discussed the need for safety with gates, cameras, and advanced software capabilities. The front entrance needed to make a statement and set the tone. The roads needed to be concrete. The detail on the street signs needed to be next level. We needed a common area / park so neighbors could meet up and enjoy time together. We wanted a pond or small lake so we could take the children and grandchildren fishing.
